Mr. BORIS GNOTH
Partner
Boris is a registered tax advisor, founder and executive officer of GNOTH HOLDING, s.r.o.
In 1997 he obtained the accounting business license.
After graduating from the University of Economics (Department of International Business and Business Valuation) he worked four years in the audit company as the head of the audit team.
His biggest clients were travel agencies ČEDOK, BLUE STYLE, FIRO TOUR, a manufacturing company from group of ELTODO and also companies providing accommodation services (e.g. THERMAL hotel).
Since 2006 he has been working as a professional providing tax advisor to the Czech and international clients. He has experience with work for international advisory companies (PwC, Mazars, Deloitte) and also local tax boutiques.
He provided tax advisory to the following clients: CZECH AIRLINES, DAIKIN, SSI TECHNOLOGIES, GE ELECTRIC Group, BIGBOARD and PROFINIT EU.
Except for the usual advisory for individuals and corporations, he is a specialist in tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, financial of tax due-diligence and the creation of private holding structures, including the utilization of domestic trust funds and foreign foundations.
In 2007 he graduated from LL.M. studies in Vienna where he specialized in international taxation. He is a member of the Chamber of Tax Advisers and the International Fiscal Association.
