Amendments to the Czech tax law

The Czech Parliament is going to discuss the important changes to the Czech income tax law on 22 December, 2020.

The amendments to the Czech tax legislation are going to be discussed by the Chamber of Deputies in the end of December. If the Parliament pases these amendments, the new law should be signed by the President and published in the Collection of laws prior 31 December, 2020.

Should it be the case, the majority of tax changes will become effective as of 1 January, 2020. On the other hand, if there are any delays in the legislation process, the effectivness of new changes will be postponed.
